Pork Spare Ribs

Spare ribs come from the lower half of the pigs rib cage.  Keep them connected or seperate for cooking.  Perfect for smoking, baking or braising.  Low and slow is your best bet when cooking ribs.  Our ribs come packaged in a 2.75-3.5 package.
